Corrections

Found a wrong bonus figure, payment option or licence detail? Mail us the address of our page together with a screenshot or quote of the casino's version. We correct first and explain afterwards.

Complaints about an operator

We cannot release a withdrawal, unlock an account or overrule a casino's decision — no review site can. What we can do is record the case, ask the operator for its side, and mark the review if the pattern repeats. For a licensed Ontario site, the regulator is the AGCO; in other provinces, begin with the operator's own complaints procedure.
